This is the Police is a wonderful simulator about the life of police officers with unique mechanics, cool turn–based battles and good graphic design. The game combines elements of a simulator and a criminal quest. You will be in charge of a police station in a small town that has been mired in corruption and lawlessness for the past few years. The game has a small storyline with several endings. User actions directly affect the development of the plot and the appearance of a particular ending. The plot

According to the plot, the events unfold in a small American town, where corruption and lawlessness have been actively flourishing for the past few years. The player will have to take charge of the local police station, which employs a dozen experienced officers. The main character has six months left before retirement and until that moment he needs to get half a million dollars somewhere in order to ensure a comfortable old age. It will be extremely difficult to do this, because at the same time you will have to monitor law and order and investigate crimes on the streets of the city.

Gameplay

The gameplay combines several mechanics. There are elements of an adventure detective quest, tactical strategy and a little bit of action. The gameplay is based on dialogues with different characters and the investigation of crimes. All dialogues must be read very carefully, as they contain various hints with which you can unravel difficult situations, as well as make the right decision for a particular event. Videos will also be shown periodically in which the characters discuss various events, sort out relationships, and so on.

During the investigation of crimes, it is necessary to carefully inspect the scene of events, collect all the evidence and process the information received. At each level, the player will have to conduct a certain investigation and expose the criminal. It is also important in the game to train subordinates, improve their skills, thereby increasing the effectiveness of their work. You have 180 days to earn half a million dollars. How you do it is up to you to decide. There are several endings in the game, so achieving the goal can be anything.
