METEL - ESCAPE FROM THE HOUSE OF A MANIAC is an elaborate horror quest with atmospheric design and a good storyline. The mechanics and some elements of the game resemble the well-known project Hello Neighbor. Together with the main character, gamers will have to try to get out of the cage in which he was locked by an unknown maniac. To survive, the player will need to carefully explore the environment, perform not very difficult, but also not simple tasks, solve puzzles, and actively interact with the interactive environment. The game has excellent three-dimensional graphics, atmospheric design and cool music, as well as Russian localization.

Plot

The events of the story mode unfold in a closed huge house, where the main character got into through the fault of a mysterious maniac. This masked malevolent kidnapped our hero and will bring him to his house, where he locked him in a cage. At the moment of regaining consciousness, the hero tried to figure out where he was, but all attempts were stopped by the maniac. The maniac stayed with the victim for a while, but then went about his business. The hero needs to use this time to try to get out of prison.

Gameplay

The game is made in the format of a horror quest from the 1st person. Since the events unfold in a closed house, the main task is to explore the surrounding space in search of a way out. Taking control of the main character, you need to go explore the premises of the house. However, all actions should be carried out with extreme caution, since any sound can provoke a maniac to retaliate. Also, during the exploration of locations, it is important not to catch the maniacs eye, otherwise he will catch the hero and put him back in a cage with the loss of all collected items. The maniac will constantly wander through the rooms and look for a prisoner. If necessary, you can hide under closets, beds, and also use surrounding objects to stun the maniac.

The game has four unique stories for different characters. At the same time, all four stories are connected by a single plot and one maniac. Each story has its own endings. Depending on the actions or inaction in certain situations, one or another ending will start. There are both bad and good endings.
