Frantz for Android

Franz is a new creepy horror game with elements of an interactive puzzle, a cartoon tamagotchi and a visual novel. The developers familiar with the Mor project mixed several popular mechanics into their new game, which turned out to be an unusual game project, on the one hand striking with its atmosphere, and on the other hand, a kind of setting. The game is based on tactile interaction between the player and a strange creature named Franz, who will settle in the owners device immediately after the game starts. Through communication, the player needs to find out what kind of creature this Franz is and what he really wants.

What is the game about?

There is no classic plot plot in the game. This is an interactive horror game with tamagotchi mechanics, where the player will have to communicate with an unusual creature named Franz. Using the power of communication, the player needs to figure out what kind of creature it is, what it wants and how to interact with it. Already at the first stages it will become clear that this is not just a soulless virtual pet that needs to be cared for like in tamagotchi. Franz is a complex being with feelings, desires and goals. And one of his goals is the owner of the smartphone, because Franz is your smartphone.

Gameplay

The project combines several game mechanics – tamagotchi, visual novel, interactive simulator and horror. After installation and launch, a creature named Franz will settle in your smartphone. It is worth noting right away that this is not a simple creature. This is a virtual likeness of a person who has feelings, a desire for close contact with his owner, as well as goals. The main task is to establish a close understanding with Frantz. If you do not do this, it will simply destroy you and your smartphone (within the game framework, of course).

Already in the early stages of the game, the creature will make it clear that Franz is your smartphone, so you need to handle him carefully. Franz is a very unpredictable and touchy creature, and he is also in love with you. The creature is susceptible to physical contact and offensive words. When communicating with a creature, consider what you are saying and in what intonation. Any action or word you take will have consequences, and you need to be prepared for them.
