Information about the new portable console from Sony for Android

In 2023, the company announced a portable on which it will be possible to play PS5 games thanks to streaming. The codename Project Q was merged into several photos on the Internet.

Surprisingly, the console runs on Android OS, although the interface is adapted to the personal whims of Sony. One of the photos allows you to see it in all its glory. Moreover, the choice of such an operating system gives hope for the maintenance of streaming platforms such as Amazon Luna, NVIDIA GF Now and others.

Based on information from insider Tom Henderson, the console will withstand three to four hours of continuous operation. In fact, not the best performance on the market, even Logitech G Cloud is able to withstand about 12 hours of operation. But the nice thing is that the console will have a wireless controller in its stock arsenal, which will show itself perfectly in PS games.

Nothing is known about performance indicators. A full announcement and presentation of the new product is expected at the end of 2023.
