The thinnest folding smartphone from Honor: Magic V2 for Android

The IFA 2023 exhibition presented us with many different smartphones from famous brands. The most interesting thing, after all, turned out to be Honors brainchild, which will enter the international market. This is the thinnest among folding smartphones — Magic V2.

The thickness of the device is really impressive, in the closed state it is 9.9 mm, but the decomposed one is reduced by as much as two times, giving out 4.7 mm. When compared with Samsungs z Fold 5, which is 6.1 and 13.4mm thick, respectively, such indicators are amazing.

Honors smartphone also has a good closure mechanism design. The hinges are made in a solid structure, and the lid is created on a 3D printer made of titanium alloy. Also, moisture protection for the gadget will be suitable a little later. This will be a special coating that will protect the device from splashes and raindrops.

The filling, despite the thin body, is excellent. The battery holds 5000mAh, by the way, Samsungs competitor allows itself only 4400mAh. However, Honor does not have wireless charging, which is generally compensated by 66W of wired.

A Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor at as much as 3.36 Ghz. The RAM is available in two versions — 12GB and 16GB. The flash drive can hold 256, 512 or 1024 GB of information, depending on the configuration.
