Ensemble Stars Training — training at home with anime characters for Android

In Japan, an application has been released that will help you put your body in order and keep it in good shape. Starting September 15, Ensemble Stars Training can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.

The game is positioned as an assistant in maintaining body tone or a personal trainer to improve appearance. Players need to get out of bed and perform various exercises together with the characters. No equipment is required, all training takes place with your own weight.

Body position tracking is not provided in the game, but the coaches perform the exercises slowly, which helps the player adapt and figure out how to do it right.

The proposed training cannot be called traumatic. Stretching is required before the complex to warm up the muscles of the body.

There are 51 instructors in the game, who will supervise the gamers sports life under one of the fifty songs. And when practicing for more than 10 days in a row, the game provides good rewards.
