Plot and Gameplay

The story begins with a boy falling ill and his mother taking him to the hospital to get him treated. Unfortunately, the boy was dissatisfied with the doctor's treatment, so he decided to play endless pranks on him.

You take on the role of a playful little patient who tries to taunt the evil doctor with all sorts of pranks. Of course, after all these pranks, the evil doctor will chase after the boy to catch him and give him a severe beating. You must escape from the attending doctor to avoid his clutches, and then prank him again. An entire hospital is at your disposal, completely open for exploration and fun.
